In 2013, GSP arranged over $1.4 billion in commercial and residential financings through 233 transactions placed with 52 different capital sources. With steady year-over-year growth since 1996, the firm’s total financings over the past decade have exceeded $24 billion. More than 50 percent of the firm’s annual financings are from transactions in markets outside of California.
